OUR RETURN POLICY

My goal is for you to love the work you have invested in! I try to be as open and transparent throughout the process as possible so that we catch any glitches along the way. However, please look over this section so that we are all on the same page.

 

Can I return the original artwork? All sales of original artwork are final. 

 

Can I return a print?

A restocking fee of 20% is applied. We except print returns 7 days after receiving your order. If you would like to exchange your print, the restocking fee will still be applied.

 

I had an issue. When will my replacement artwork ship / When will I receive my refund? We will ship your replacement artwork and / or issue a refund only after receiving your return + communication via email.

 

What packaging do I use to send the print back? Please return the print in the original packaging. We can not provide a refund for artwork that is damaged when shipped back to us. 

 

My artwork arrived damaged, not delivered, was lost, or stolen from my doorstep. 

We are not liable for any mishandling or failed delivery by the shipping service. 

 

Damaged Print: this is handled on a case by case basis. 

If your print is damaged in shipping we ask that you provide details and documentation of the damage. Collectors are responsible for shipping costs for replacement prints. I am unable to replace any prints damaged after delivery.

 

Damaged Originals: this is handled on a case by case basis. 

If your original is damaged in shipping we ask that you provide details and documentation of the damage. We will work with you to get a replacement as soon as possible. I am unable to replace any original that is damaged after deliver. 

 

I ordered a print, but I am not satisfied with the colors in my space. 

Please read descriptions carefully. I try to do my best to accurately represent the color tones. However, we are happy to exchange your print for another that will work better, if needed. Please be aware of the return policy and the restocking fee.
